As we gear up for the 2022 season and our first release of preseason ranking, we are checking in with leagues and teams to get a feel for the top teams in each state.

When assessing the quality of a team we will look first at inter-league play. Preseason games will weigh heavy on who is in the top ten. That means teams need to play each other.
