The 12u division is loaded with undefeated teams from Pop Warner, AYF and independent conferences.
The best team in the division in our opinion is the Norwich Wilcats. Their tailback "Freak" Maddox is a virtual cheat code with a blend of quickness, speed and vision. Norwich dominated again this week defeating Meriden 48 -6.
The Hamden Hurricanes won 30-0 verses the Stafford Bulldogs in a game that was stopped in the 2nd quarter. A big team that looks to be the premier team in Pop Warner at the 12u age level.
The Dorchester Eagles rolled past Mattapan this week with a score of 32 - 🍩 . The class of Eastern Ma they take on Somerville this week. It's looking like Dorchester is the favorite to come out of the New England Division 1 region this year.
New Britain PAL Raiders bounced back from their week two loss to Hamden with a convincing win over New Haven 2. The 28 - 0 victory catapults New Britain PAL towards the top of Division 1 in Pop Warner.
The Springfield Tigers dominated the Hartford Wildcats in Hartford 42 -6. They scored in the air and on the ground. This squad features a 6-3 tight end that looks like he could start for most teams varsity teams and running back Xavier Thomas who is already receiving interest from FCS schools.
The Mount Hope Cowboys won big over Malden by a score of 31-0, arguably the best team in Rhode Island they are off this week.
The CLCF Chiefs has a bye week this week.
Edgewood rolled over Old Rochester 26-12 and looks to be the class of RISMA pop warner. They are looking to line it up with anyone regardless of conference affiliation.
Oxford/Webster out of Central Mass Youth Football Conference (AYF) won over Webster 32 -6 and faces off against Malborough this week.
The Lynn Rams best Merrimack Valley 31-6. This week they look to play Leominster this week, in a game that will tell if they are contenders or pretenders.
