In the 8u division, the Springfield Tigers hold onto first place, while Mattapan and Woonsocket hold onto #2 and #3. The Salem Rams and the Bedford Bulldogs have also joined the rankings.

8U Prime Time Players

This weekly wrap up is power by New England Floor and Wall, seemless epoxy systems.

​

In the 8u division the #1 Springfield Tigers dominated the Bridgeport Huskies by a score of 42 to 0. The #2 Lynn Rams convincingly won against Tewksbury Redmen 34 to 6. The #3 Meriden Raiders lost a slobber knocker to unranked New London 6 - 0. The #4 Mattapan Patriots were serving donuts to Charlton/Dudley and added 41 points to the menu. The #5 Woonsocket Warriors scored 30 points and held the East Providence Junior Townies to no points and the #10 Merrimack Valley Spartans scored 26 and kept Shrewsbury out of the endzone. Bedford won 13-0 over Nashua PAL.

Primetime players and player of the year candidates at 8u are Bryce Hill (Lynn Rams) 5 touchdowns , Andra Tre Hubbard (Mattapan Patriots), Ace Kelly (Springfield Tigers) and Seven Jackson. Check out our post game interview with Bryce Hill after his 5 touchdown performance.
